I painted the octagon port pieces yesterday and today. Today was blue day, using the Krider Blue method. (2 coats of primer, 20 minutes apart. Then two coats of the special purple, 15 minutes apart, then the Duplicolor blue...also two coats, same time seperation....then three coats of clear gloss. The gloss really brings out the color. You have to see it to beleive it.)
These are the vertical blue pieces that will go into the pocket vents...
And, while at it, I also painted the Large data port...it was fun painting something aluminum again! No picture of that this time...the flash was either too bright or without flash was too dark.
